Build the Athlete.Develop the Player.
Future Force Lacrosse Academy is built on purposeful repetition, game-based training, and the fundamentals that stay with a player for life.
We don't just teach kids how to play lacrosse. We teach them to become athletes: confident, coachable, competitive, and able to make their own decisions on the floor.
RegisterFundamentals First
Passing, catching, cradling, scooping, shooting, and dodging. Clean technique is the base for everything else.

Repetition with Purpose
Players need quality reps, but those reps should progressively become more challenging and more game-realistic.

Learn the Game
We teach players when, where, and why to use a skill, not just how to perform it in a drill.

Compete
Healthy competition builds the ability to respond to mistakes, pressure, and real game speed.

Build Confidence
Players should leave training believing they can do something today that they couldn't do yesterday.

Develop Character
Work ethic, coachability, respect, teamwork, and accountability matter just as much as what happens on the floor.

Progressive development without a rigid script.
Training is intentionally adaptable. We build from the fundamentals, watch what each group needs, and adjust so the coaching stays focused on the players in front of us.
Technical Skills
Stick skills, passing, catching, ground balls, shooting, dodging, and ball protection as automatic fundamentals.
Lacrosse IQ
Spacing, cutting, support, transition, decision-making, and recognizing opportunities and understanding floor situations.
Athletic Development
Movement, footwork, coordination, agility, balance, and the athletic habits that help players become more complete.
Small-Sided Play
Game-like situations help players apply skills under pressure and learn to make decisions for themselves.
Confidence & Compete
Players are challenged to compete, make mistakes, recover, and keep working with purpose.
Adapt to the Group
The coaching focus can change from session to session based on the players' needs, pace, and development.
Decades of experience. A lifetime in sport.
Coach Gerry brings more than five decades in competitive sport and more than 30 years of coaching experience. As an NCCP-certified lacrosse coach and former national-level athlete, he has coached and developed players across multiple age groups and levels.
His background includes junior lacrosse, the 1973 Canada Games with Team Quebec, and decades of work in training and teaching. That experience shapes a coaching approach grounded in fundamentals, discipline, work ethic, and athlete development.
Teach
Clear instruction players can understand and repeat.
Challenge
Progressively harder decisions and competition.
